Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the printer or equipment arrives defective, damaged, or incomplete.
Delivery Issues: If there is a delay or failure in delivery due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before shipment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (see cancellation policy below).

Refunds will not be issued for:
Normal wear and tear during use.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Cancellations after the equipment has been shipped (see cancellation policy below).

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Return the Equipment: If necessary, we will send you return instructions. Be sure to return all original components.
Equipment Inspection: Once we receive the equipment, we will inspect it to confirm the reported issue.
Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order:
Before Shipment: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
After Shipment: Cancellations made after the equipment has been shipped are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Instructions

If the equipment is not defective or the issue is not due to our fault, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
